Beschrijving voorzijde	Central field depicts a rampant lion passant, rendered in the bold relief characteristic of mid-17th-century German hammered gold coinage, facing left with raised forepaw and stylized mane. The figure occupies the full height of the inner field, referencing the heraldic arms of the County of Mansfeld. A beaded or rope inner border separates the central device from the circumferential Latin legend. The legend reads FRAN: MAX: D: G: COM: IN MANSF: NOB: D: IN HELDR: SEB: ET ARN:, identifying the issuing count Francis Maximilian by name and full titular style. The die work is characteristic of Eisleben mint production of the period, with slightly uneven strike distribution typical of hammered technique.
