| Reverse description | A prancing horse facing left, depicted in high relief with flowing mane and raised foreleg, standing on a ground line above which a small foal or filly stands beneath. The composition is rendered in a naturalistic baroque style typical of South German klippe coinage of the early eighteenth century. The design fills the diamond-shaped field with decorative milled borders at the edges, and small ornamental devices appear at the corner points of the klippe. |
