The park name SHENANDOAH arcs along the upper rim, while VIRGINIA appears at the lower left and E PLURIBUS UNUM along the lower right. The date 2014 is inscribed at the bottom of the field, centered below the primary design. The composition was engraved by Phebe Hemphill and is part of the America the Beautiful Quarters program. |
