| Obverse description | Central vignette of a dense grove of date palms rendered in green intaglio against a salmon-pink guilloche underprint. The issuer inscription in Arabic appears within a scrollwork banner at the top centre, flanked by ornate rosette corner pieces bearing the fractional denomination 1/4.
