| Obverse description | Green and lilac note with the bank name in Arabic script at top centre within a decorative guilloche panel. The denomination 'ربع دينار' is inscribed in an ornate arabesque cartouche at centre, flanked by Arabic text with the legal tender clause and governor's signature below. To the right, a large green star-burst vignette encloses the Iraqi coat of arms (1959–1963 type), featuring a wheat sheaf within a circular medallion.
