A central text panel carries the statutory convertibility clause, dated BAGHDAD 1st June 1931, above the notation FOR THE IRAQ CURRENCY BOARD. The large numeral 1/4 appears in relief at left within a guilloche frame, flanked by floral corner ornaments. |
