| Reverse description | Plain, essentially uniface reverse with a largely flat and featureless field, consistent with emergency siege coinage struck hastily on a cast pewter flan. The surface shows irregular flow lines and casting marks inherent to the pewter medium. A faint numeral or mark appears near the lower centre of the field, possibly a die-cutter's mark or an incidental impression. No legend, design, or decorative border is present, underscoring the purely utilitarian nature of this wartime emergency issue. |
