Reverse description The denomination 24 EINEN THAL. is boldly displayed in three lines across the central field, indicating this coin's value as the twenty-fourth part of a Thaler. Surrounding the central legend is a circular inscription reading CCCXX·EINE FEINE MARCK·1763, denoting the fineness standard of 320 pieces to the fine mark. A small floral ornament appears at the base of the central legend and another separates elements of the peripheral legend. The reverse design is clean and typographic in character, typical of German States subsidiary coinage of the Seven Years' War era. The milled border frames the composition on all sides.
