The crowned escutcheon is rendered in the heraldic tradition of the Ancien Régime, with the fleur-de-lis arranged in the traditional French royal pattern. The date 1773 appears within the circular legend. The peripheral inscription, derived from Psalm 113, frames the entire composition within a milled border. |
