Obverse description Bare or lightly draped bust of Ptolemy of Mauretania facing right, rendered in a Hellenistic portrait style with finely engraved facial features. The hair is depicted in short, layered locks arranged across the forehead and temples, consistent with royal Numidian-Hellenistic portraiture. A circular legend in Latin characters runs around the periphery of the flan. The portrait is bold and well-centered on the irregularly shaped bronze flan, occupying the majority of the obverse field.

Reverse description Bust of a deity — likely Isis or a draped female figure — facing right, wearing a distinctive headdress composed of a combination of Egyptian and Hellenistic elements, including what appears to be a modius or crown. A crescent or globe motif is visible in the upper field to the right of the bust. The legend in Latin characters encircles the design. The reverse execution is characteristic of Caesarean mint bronzes of the early Ptolemaic Mauretanian period, blending Egyptian iconographic traditions with Greco-Roman stylistic conventions.
