| 正面描述 | The central field bears a bold Arabic-script legend in raised Nasta'liq calligraphy reading 'Ya Muhammad' (یا محمد), occupying the majority of the flan, with the mint name Dar al-Ilm Shiraz (دارالعلم شیراز) and the regnal year 1206 AH disposed around and below the central invocation. The design is contained within a plain inner circle, with the outer border composed of a continuous row of raised pellets forming a beaded rim characteristic of early Qajar coinage. The die-work is typical of hand-hammered Zand-to-Qajar transitional production at the Shiraz mint. |
