Obverse description Central field occupied by a bold nastaliq Persian legend naming the sovereign, reading 'Al-Sultan Mozaffar al-Din Shah Qajar,' rendered in flowing calligraphic script across three lines. The legend is enclosed within a fine beaded inner circle, itself surrounded by an ornamental wreath composed of olive branches to the left and oak branches to the right, tied at the base with a ribbon bow. A delicate foliate garland frames the uppermost edge of the design. The entire composition is executed in high relief against a smooth, unadorned field, reflecting the refined Qajar court aesthetic.
