Reverse description The reverse displays a prominent rectangular cartouche centrally positioned within the field, enclosing the mint epithet, mint name, and AH date in Nastaliq script. Above the cartouche, an ornate floral or foliate header device crowns the design, while additional inscriptions appear in the surrounding field. The peripheral border consists of a continuous row of raised pellets following the coin's irregular hammered flan. The mint formula identifies Dar al-Saltana Isfahan as the place of striking, with the AH date 1212 prominently rendered in Eastern Arabic numerals. The composition reflects the standard Qajar reverse layout combining religious invocation, mint epitaph, mint name, and regnal date.
