| Description du revers | Full-length crowned figure of the Virgin Mary as Patrona Hungariae, standing facing, holding the Infant Jesus on her left arm and a sceptre in her right hand, surrounded by an elaborate radiate glory of long, pointed rays emanating from her figure. At her feet, centered at the base of the design, appears the crowned Hungarian arms shield. The mint mark 'K B' (Kremnica) is positioned to the left of the Virgin, and the date '1746' appears in the upper field divided by the figure. The circumferential Latin legend identifies her as 'Sancta Maria Mater Dei Patrona Hungariae,' and a beaded inner border frames the entire composition. |
