Beschrijving voorzijde Armored bust of Ferdinand I facing right, wearing elaborately decorated floral armor. The king holds a long scepter topped with a tulip finial in his right hand and a short mace in his left. The effigy is crowned, with the bust rendered in a detailed Renaissance style characteristic of mid-sixteenth-century Central European coinage. The royal legend encircles the bust within a beaded inner circle.
