The shield displays multiple heraldic quarterings including lions rampant, a wheel, a running horse, and other dynastic charges in fine relief. The mint-master's initials H·S appear at the base of the shield on either side. The surrounding legend SOLA. BONA. QVÆ. HONESTA.
