| Obverse description | Draped bust of Charles III Joseph of Lorraine facing right, depicted with a long curled wig in the baroque style, wearing ecclesiastical and armorial robes with elaborate lace detailing visible at the collar. The portrait is rendered in high relief with fine engraving characteristic of early eighteenth-century Central European coinage. A circular Latin legend surrounds the effigy, reading DEI GRATIA CAROLVS EPISCOPVS OLOMVCENSIS, identifying him by divine grace as Bishop of Olomouc.
