Obverse description Draped and armored bust of Duke Charles Eugen facing right, with elaborate curled wig styled in the Baroque fashion, ornate lace cravat, and decorative armor featuring scrollwork and a crown motif at the truncation. The effigy is rendered in high relief with fine portraiture detail. The encircling Latin legend is interrupted by the bust at the lower portion of the field.

Reverse description Crowned elaborate oval coat of arms of Württemberg, quartered and featuring the Württemberg stag antlers and the Teck lozenges, flanked by ornate Baroque scrollwork and foliate mantling. The date 1745 appears in the exergue below, flanked by mint marks, with the letter S appearing on either side. The ducal crown surmounts the shield at the top, and the full composition is framed by the encircling Latin motto legend.
