| Obverse description | Central field displays the elaborate quartered coat of arms of the Bishopric of Speyer surmounted by a princely crown and episcopal mitre, supported on either side by two wild men (savages) standing as heraldic supporters. Below the shield appear additional heraldic devices including a lion. The circumferential Latin legend records the bishop's titles and the key dates of his election and consecration, with the fineness denomination '20 EINE FEIN MARC' appearing in the lower portion of the legend. The composition is executed in the refined Baroque engraving style characteristic of late 18th-century German ecclesiastical coinage. |

| Reverse description | Central allegorical composition depicting Minerva (or Virtus) standing in full armor at center, holding a spear and shield, illuminated by a radiant sun with a human face above. To the left, a putto seated beside scales of justice; to the right, a putto bearing a cornucopia or floral offering beside a flowering tree. A flying putto in the upper right descends toward the central figure. The encircling Latin legend proclaims the bishop's governing motto, rendered in elegant lettering around the entire border. The scene is executed in the high Baroque allegorical tradition, symbolizing justice, piety, strength, and benevolent rule. |
