Obverse description Irregular square flan bearing two lines of Arabic script in the field, struck by hand with characteristic uneven surfaces. The upper line reads the royal epithet referencing trust in the Eternal, and the lower line carries the sultan's name and title, Abu al-Muzaffar Nasir Shah. The legends are rendered in an angular, somewhat archaic Naskh style typical of Malwa Sultanate coinage. The fields show natural die-hammer irregularities consistent with hammered silver production of the period.
