Obverse description Facing crowned busts of King Frederik I and Queen Sophia confronting one another at center, flanked by decorative statues or pilaster figures at either side. Floral ornaments appear above the effigies, and a four-line Latin inscription occupies the lower field. The entire design is enclosed within a beaded inner ring, with a plain outer rim.
