Obverse description The national coat of arms of Peru displayed centrally, featuring a divided shield with a vicuna passant in the upper left canton, a cinchona tree in the upper right canton, and a cornucopia spilling coins in the lower half. The shield is surmounted by a civic wreath and flanked on either side by branches of palm and laurel, tied with a ribbon bow at the base. No legend appears on the obverse field.
