Beschrijving voorzijde Diademed bust of the king facing right, rendered in a crude, barbaric style typical of Lombard silver coinage of the late 7th century. The effigy is depicted in low relief with rudimentary facial features, the diadem indicated by a simple linear band. The overall execution reflects the provincial workshops of the Lombard kingdom during the reign of Perctarit.

Beschrijving keerzijde Central field occupied by the royal monogram of Perctarit, composed of intertwined letters in a cruciform arrangement, flanked by a distinctive pattern of twelve dots distributed across the field: three dots to the left of the monogram, five dots arranged vertically down the centre, one dot above, and two dots to the right. The dot arrangement is a defining diagnostic feature distinguishing this emission within the Perctarit coinage series.
