The effigy is depicted with rudimentary facial features, the diadem visible above the brow, and paludamentum draped over the cuirass. The overall execution reflects the hand of a non-imperial workshop, with irregular flan shape and uneven surface relief. No legible legend is present, consistent with the barbarian imitative tradition of the mid-6th century. |
