正面描述	Armored bust of Philip II, King of Spain, facing right, wearing a ruff collar and plate armor, with the date 1588 divided across the field to either side of the effigy. The portrait is rendered in the late Renaissance style typical of Milanese coinage of the period. A circular Latin legend surrounds the bust within a beaded border, reading PHILIPPVS REX HISPANIARVM.

背面描述	Quartered heraldic shield bearing the arms of Milan — the Visconti biscione (a serpent devouring a child) and the imperial eagle — surmounted by a ducal crown with elaborate mantling. The shield is quartered, with the eagle of the Empire in the first and fourth quarters and the Visconti biscione in the second and third. A circular Latin legend surrounds the central device within a beaded border, reading DVX MEDIOLANI ET C.
