| Obverse description | Central field occupied by bold Devanagari legend arranged in two registers, reading the ruler's name and title in the archaic local script style. The lettering is deeply struck in a large, angular hand characteristic of Bundi princely coinage of the Victorian era. The flan is irregular and the field unadorned, with no border other than the natural edge of the planchet.
