正面描述	Central device features the conch shell (Shankha), the royal emblem of Travancore, rendered in bold relief and surmounted by a decorative crown finial. The conch is flanked on either side by a graceful wreath of stylised foliate branches tied at the base with a ribbon. Small six-pointed star ornaments appear at the lower left and right of the wreath. A circular Malayalam legend surrounds the central design, reading along the upper and lower periphery, separated from the beaded border by a fine inner rim.

背面描述	The reverse bears a central inscription in three lines within a wreath of two symmetrical foliate branches tied at the base with a ribbon bow, reading HALF RUPEE 1103, denoting the denomination and the Kollam Era date. Above the wreath, the legend RAMA VURMA arcs along the upper periphery, while TRAVANCORE curves along the lower periphery. Small six-pointed star ornaments flank the wreath at the mid-field on each side. The entire design is enclosed within a beaded border.
