Reverse description Central field carries a multi-line Arabic calligraphic inscription in Naskh script denoting the mint name and the word 'zarb' (struck), with the AH date appearing in Eastern Arabic (Pashto) numerals positioned below or adjacent to the letter ب in 'zarb'. The placement of the four date numerals varies considerably across die varieties, appearing entirely to the left of ر in 'zarb', or split two-and-two on either side. The border treatment mirrors the obverse, consisting of inner double thin lines and an outer decorative motif of half-circles, reeds, or crosses, though frequently only partially visible on off-center strikes. This coin exists in numerous die varieties distinguished by date position and border configuration.
