Obverse description Octagonal hammered silver flan with a beaded border running along all eight sides. The field bears a three-line inscription in Assamese script, reading the royal name and titles of King Lakshmi Singha. The characters are boldly struck in relief against a granular, slightly irregular field typical of hand-struck Ahom coinage. The script is arranged in three horizontal registers filling the central area of the coin.
