| Obverse description | Crude hammered field bearing a multi-line inscription in Tibetan script, arranged in three horizontal registers divided by raised lines. The characters, boldly if roughly incised, fill the flan in the traditional style of Bhutanese copper coinage of the Deb period. Small pellets or control marks appear within the inscription field, varying by die variety. The irregular flan exhibits characteristic surface texture consistent with hand-hammered production. |

| Reverse description | Hammered field displaying a multi-line Tibetan inscription divided into horizontal registers by raised lines, with a prominent teardrop- or vesica-shaped ornamental device centrally positioned in the middle register. Flanking characters appear to either side of the central motif, which serves as a distinguishing design element. Additional control marks or pellets appear in the lower register, varying across the known die varieties. The overall design is characteristic of Bhutanese Deb-period copper coinage, executed on an irregular flan with uneven surfaces typical of hand-hammering. |
