Obverse description Central field occupied by the elaborate calligraphic tughra of Amir Abdur Rahman Khan rendered in Arabic script, flanked on either side by symmetrical sprays of olive branches forming an open wreath. A six-pointed star is positioned at the apex above the tughra. The entire design is contained within a finely beaded border encircling the coin's periphery, with a floral ornament tying the wreath at the base.

Reverse description Central device depicts a stylised mosque facade with a central dome and two flanking minarets with finials, all rendered in low relief. A six-pointed star appears above the mosque in the upper field. Below the mosque, the mint name is inscribed in Arabic script within the lower portion of the design. The central motif is framed by symmetrical olive branch sprays forming an open wreath, tied at the base with a floral ornament, and the whole is enclosed within a beaded border.
