Obverse description Circular countermark applied to the obverse of the host coin, depicting a lion passant within a raised inner circle approximately 5 mm in diameter. The surrounding legend reads HABILITADA POR EL GOBIERNO, arranged around the circumference of the countermark. The host coin's original design remains partially visible beneath the applied stamp, showing remnants of its original imagery in the field. The countermark is boldly struck and well-defined relative to the heavily worn host coin surface.
