| Descrizione del dritto | Enthroned frontal figure of King Pedro IV, crowned and robed, holding a sceptre in the right hand and an orb in the left, set within a cusped Gothic quatrefoil frame. The royal effigy is rendered in the stylised medieval manner characteristic of Crown of Aragon coinage of the fourteenth century. The field on either side of the throne bears small decorative elements. A circular Latin legend surrounds the entire composition, separated from the central design by a beaded inner border. |

| Descrizione del rovescio | A bold Latin cross pattee occupies the centre of the design, set within a cusped Gothic quatrefoil frame formed by four rounded lobes, typical of the Aragonese real series. The arms of the cross extend to the cusps of the quatrefoil, dividing the inner field into four equal sections. The entire central motif is enclosed within a beaded inner border, beyond which a circular Latin legend runs continuously around the coin's periphery. |
