Reverse description The reverse presents a crowned heraldic device, likely the arms of Valencia, centrally placed within the irregular flan. The motif is boldly struck, though with characteristic doubling and weakness typical of hammered technique. A circular Latin legend surrounds the central design, referencing Valencia and Majorca, separated by small decorative stops. A piercing hole is visible at the right side of the coin. The overall style reflects the artisanal mint work of the Valencian workshop under the reign of Charles I.
