Beschrijving keerzijde	Central device displays two crowned hemispheres representing the Old and New Worlds, set upon stylised waves symbolising the Atlantic Ocean, and flanked by the two crowned Pillars of Hercules, each entwined with a banner bearing the motto PLUS VLTRA. A royal crown surmounts the entire device. The date 1760 appears in the lower legend, flanked by the mint mark N (Nuevo Reino) to the left and the assayer initial R to the right, all within the encircling Latin legend.

Aanvullende informatie	Carlos III's accession to the Spanish throne in 1759 triggered a sweeping monetary reform across the colonial mints, and Bogotá was among the first American houses to transition away from the older macuquina coinage toward more regular milled production. The 1760 date places this piece right at that administrative inflection point — struck under the same royal decree that would eventually standardize bust coinage across New Granada. Restrepo's attribution 30.1 distinguishes the earliest die state of this type, before later punch corrections altered the assayer marks.
