| Beschrijving keerzijde | Central field bearing a multi-line Persian legend in Nasta'liq script recording the mint name and, on dated examples, the regnal year. The inscription fills the entire field without an enclosing cartouche or border, consistent with the hammered coinage tradition of Qajar Iran. The flan is irregularly shaped with slightly raised edges from the hammering process. Overall workmanship reflects the regional mint style of Shiraz during the reign of Nasir al-Din Shah. |
