| Aanvullende informatie |
Biafra's original secessionist state lasted from May 1967 until January 1970, collapsing after a war that killed an estimated one to three million people, predominantly through starvation. No ½ Pound coin was issued during that conflict. This 2017 brass piece is a modern fantasy strike — produced decades after the republic ceased to exist, with no issuing authority, no legal tender status, and no connection to any recognized monetary system.
