| Obverse description | A seated female figure, representing Commerce or Industry, is depicted in the central field, surrounded by foliage and a naturalistic landscape setting. The figure is shown in a classical pose, engaged in textile work, emblematic of the lace-making trade. A toothed border frames the design. The peripheral legend reads LACE MANUFACTORY in raised Latin capitals, with the date 1795 appearing in the lower exergual area beneath the central motif. |

| Reverse description | The central field bears a decorative scrolled cartouche or open book design upon which the merchant's trade goods are inscribed in three lines: MUSLINS, IRISH CLOTH, and HOSE &c. The surrounding peripheral legend, in raised Latin capitals, reads MOORE. N° 116 GREAT PORTLAND STREET, identifying the proprietor and the London address of the establishment. A toothed border encircles the entire design, consistent with the engraving style typical of late 18th-century Conder tokens. |
