| Obverse description | A royal crown surmounting two crossed sceptres in the central field, with radiating sun rays emanating from behind the crown. The legend KING AND CONSTITUTION appears on a curved banner across the centre of the design, with the date 1794 inscribed in the lower exergue. The composition is rendered in a bold, emblematic style characteristic of late 18th-century English provincial token design. |

| Reverse description | A dove in flight occupies the central field, depicted in left profile with wings outstretched, symbolising peace. Above and to the left of the dove, a cornucopia overflowing with fruit and foliage alludes to abundance. The circular legend PEACE AND PLENTY surrounds the design, separated by small stops, and the field is otherwise plain. The overall allegorical composition is typical of Conder token reverse designs of the 1790s. |
