Popis rubu	A spread eagle displayed, facing left with wings elevated, grasping a bundle of four arrows in its right talon and an olive branch in its left talon. The date 1813 appears in the exergue below the eagle. The peripheral legend HALFPENNY TOKEN curves around the upper field, all within a beaded border. The design is executed in a bold, somewhat provincial style characteristic of Lower Canadian token coinage of the War of 1812 emergency period.
