Описание реверса	The reverse features thirteen horizontal parallel bars arranged in a uniform stack spanning the full width of the coin's field, each bar unconnected to the others and tapering slightly at both ends. The thirteen bars are widely understood to symbolize the original thirteen American states or colonies. No legend, date, or additional inscription appears on this side. A beaded or reeded border matching the obverse frames the design. The overall composition is austere and geometric, emblematic of the patriotic token coinage of the post-Revolutionary period.

No authorizing legislation has ever been conclusively identified for this piece.
