背面描述	Crowned royal effigy facing full-front, repeating a design closely analogous to the obverse, as was characteristic of Norwegian half-penning coinage of the joint reign of Sigurd II and Øystein II. The bust is shown with a crown and flanking cross motifs to each side, rendered in a schematic, low-relief style typical of 12th-century Scandinavian hammered silver coinage. The flan is irregular and the strike is uneven, with much of the design weakly defined. No legend or inscription is present.
