Reverse description As a bracteate coin, the reverse presents the incuse mirror image of the obverse design, with the capital letter O and surrounding ray garland appearing recessed into the silver flan. The surface is concave and unpolished, showing the natural texture of the hammered silver planchet consistent with mid-to-late fourteenth-century Norwegian minting practice.
