| Obverse description | Central field bearing the Persian letter 'Ain' (ع), rendered in a bold, angular calligraphic style typical of hammered coinage of the Bijapur Sultanate. The letter is deeply struck and occupies the majority of the flan, with the surrounding field irregular and uneven due to the hand-hammered production technique. The design is characteristic of the minimalist epigraphic style employed on early Deccani sultanate gold coinage. |

| Reverse description | Plain, irregular convex surface with no discernible design or inscription, exhibiting the characteristic rough and undulating texture produced by the hammered striking technique. The flan shows natural flow lines and surface irregularities consistent with hand-produced gold coinage of the medieval Deccan sultanates. No legend, symbol, or device is apparent. |
