Obverse description	Letterpress note printed in red and black, with a central oval cartouche enclosing the denomination PÓŁ MARKI in bold capitals above the issuing authority WYDZIAŁ POWIATOWY POWIATU WITKOWSKIEGO, followed by the manuscript place and date inscription Witkowo d. 29. listopada 1919 r. and a handwritten signature. The numeral 1/2 appears in large black figures within dark rectangular panels at left and right, each flanked by heraldic shield vignettes bearing the Polish eagle, while a fine red guilloche underprint with repeated text fills the outer border. A bold counterfeiting warning and expiry date notice are printed along the lower margin.
