Stylised floral vignettes — circular blooms with foliage rendered in brown and green — fill the left and right margins, framing the text on both sides. The series designation 'Reihe D' appears in the upper left corner, a red serial number in the upper right, and the validity restriction legend is set in smaller roman type across the lower third; the printer's imprint 'Lith. u. Druck v. Ernst Lange, Freiberg' and the designer's name 'Seifert-Seiffen.' are present in the lower corners. |

| Descrizione del rovescio | The reverse carries a light guilloche underprint in ochre and tan tones, over which two mirrored vignettes of traditionally costumed Saxon miners — each holding a pair of candles — flank a central panoramic town view inscribed 'Grube Beschert Glück'. The denomination '50 Pf.' appears in large bold numerals at the left and right edges. Across the upper portion, a three-line redemption text specifies validity until 31 December 1919, while the issuing authority 'Der Bezirksverband der Amtshauptmannschaft Freiberg' is set in bold script along the lower margin, below three manuscript facsimile signatures. |
