The issuing authority is here rendered in German as 'SPARKASSE DER PROVINZ LAIBACH', with the authorizing decree reference dated 28. XI. 1944 and the same two manuscript signatures above the titles 'Vorsitzender' and 'Generaldirektor'. The anti-counterfeiting warning appears in German at the foot of the note. |
