Obverse description Crowned five-field coat of arms of the von Schauenstein-Ehrenfels family, flanked on either side by outward-spreading palm branches filling the field. The quartered shield, surmounted by an elaborate crown, displays the heraldic charges of the lordship across its five divisions. The denomination numeral '1/2' appears in the lower field beneath the shield, serving as the sole inscription on the piece. The overall design is compact and boldly struck, consistent with the small module of this billon issue.
