| Beschrijving voorzijde | The field displays the date 1724 divided across the left and right sides, flanking a central arrangement of three oval shields disposed in trefoil formation. The uppermost oval shield bears the denomination 1/2 in relief. The lower-left oval shield depicts an eagle displayed, while the lower-right shield bears a architectural device, together comprising the quartered arms of the County of Montfort-Peggau. The initial 'A', referencing Count Anthony III, appears below the two lower shields. The coin exhibits a reeded border around the entire circumference. |

| Aanvullende informatie |
Montfort-Peggau was a minor Swabian county whose coinage rights were perpetually contested — the line issued small billon fractions largely to assert jurisdictional independence rather than meet any genuine commercial demand. Anton III ruled from 1686 until his death in 1733, and the striking of fractional coinage in his later decades coincided with Habsburg pressure on the smaller Reichsstände to consolidate minting under imperial supervision.
KM#111 is among the scarcer Montfort issues simply because the county's economic footprint was minimal and production volumes correspondingly low.
