Reverse description The reverse displays the remaining half of the original Nürnberg Thaler's reverse design, showing a bust or crowned portrait amid heavily worn fields, with fragments of the original Latin peripheral legend partially legible around the curved milled border. A beaded inner circle frames the central device, and decorative baroque cartouche elements from the original German die work are faintly discernible. The surface bears the characteristic darkened patina of long-circulated silver, with iridescent toning in the recesses. The straight cut edge bisects the design precisely, confirming the deliberate halving of the host thaler to produce this fractional Jefimok denomination. Remnants of the reverse legend, reading partially as '...TRVB...', are visible along the lower arc within the beaded border.
